Ng Gar Tien is a small martial arts group. Training is progressive with a guiding syllabus.
Monday Adult class begins with a warm-up and 30 minutes fitness training. Exercises include body weight training, rope work, agility ladder training, mat mobility exercises, medicine ball, speed training, pad and bag work and many more. Each warm-up is different. This is followed by syllabus work and safe sparring of various formats.
Thursday Invite Only Members who attend regular Mondays and have attained a certain standard will be invited to the Thursday class.
